What are the temple darshan timings?
The temple is open daily from 5:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Morning Aarti is at 6:00 AM, Evening Aarti at 7:00 PM. On special festival days, timings may be extended. We recommend visiting during morning hours for a peaceful darshan experience.
What is the significance of Ayodhya for Hindus?
Ayodhya is one of the seven most sacred cities (Sapta Puri) in Hinduism. It is revered as the birthplace of Lord Ram, the seventh avatar of Lord Vishnu. Yes, absolutely! Lakshmi Siddhi Foundation is registered under Section 12A and 80G of the Income Tax Act. All donations made to our foundation are eligible for 50% tax deduction under Section 80G. You will receive a 80G certificate for every donation of ₹500 or more. For donations below ₹500, you will receive an official receipt.
How is my donation utilized?
We maintain complete transparency in fund utilization. Your donations support: (1) Daily temple operations and rituals (30%), (2) Annadanam (free food distribution) to devotees and needy (25%), (3) Educational programs for underprivileged children (20%), (4) Temple maintenance and development (15%), and (5) Community outreach and medical camps (10%). We celebrate all major Hindu festivals including: Ram Navami (grand celebration of Lord Ram's birth), Mahashivratri, Janmashtami, Navratri (9 nights of Durga Puja), Diwali (Festival of Lights), Holi, Hanuman Jayanti, and monthly Purnima (Full Moon) celebrations. Each festival features special pujas, cultural programs, bhajans, and free prasadam distribution.
Are there any regular spiritual programs or classes?
Yes, we conduct weekly programs: (1) Ramayana Path every Tuesday evening, (2) Bhagavad Gita study circle every Thursday, (3) Bhajan Sandhya every Saturday, (4) Sunday School for children teaching values and prayers, (5) Meditation sessions every morning at 6:00 AM, and (6) Monthly Satsang with spiritual discourses. All programs are free and open to all.

Are there accommodation facilities for devotees visiting Ayodhya?
Yes, we have basic yet comfortable accommodation facilities for devotees visiting from out of town. Our "Bhakt Niwas" includes 10 rooms that can accommodate up to 40 devotees. Priority is given to senior citizens and families. There is a nominal donation of ₹200 per night. For advance booking, please contact our office at least 7 days before your intended arrival.
Do you have parking facilities near the temple?
Yes, we have dedicated parking space for devotees. Please use the designated parking area to avoid congestion. For special festivals, additional parking arrangements are made with local authorities. We recommend using shared auto-rickshaws or e-rickshaws from the main Ayodhya city center to avoid parking hassles on very crowded days like Ram Navami.
Are there any rules or dress code for visiting the temple?
We request all devotees to maintain the sanctity of the temple. Dress code: Traditional Indian attire preferred (kurta-pyjama, saree, salwar-kameez). Western clothes like shorts, mini-skirts, and sleeveless tops are not allowed. Inside the temple: (1) Remove footwear at designated areas, (2) Maintain silence, (3) Mobile phones should be switched off, (4) Photography of deities is not permitted, (5) Offerings should be placed only at designated spots.
