100 Women Skill & Livelihood Pilot Project

Duration: 6 Months  |  Budget: ₹5,00,000  |  Area: Ayodhya & surrounding rural regions

This pilot project is designed to connect 100 women with skills, tools, markets, and livelihood opportunities. The goal is not just training, but ensuring real income generation after training.

The foundation received 80G and 12AB/12A Provisional Certificates in March 2026. CSR-1 is not yet available, so this proposal is for general donation/grant support and does not claim CSR funding.

Tailoring, embroidery, puja items, handicrafts, beauty, mehendi, food processing, digital literacy, and entrepreneurship.

Selected women receive basic tools and kits to start their own micro-enterprises or home-based production.

Results

Expected Outcomes

  • 100 women complete the training program.
  • At least 70 women engage in income-generating activities.
  • At least 10 women groups / workgroups developed.
  • Initial market linkage established with local buyers.
  • Baseline and endline records prepared for each beneficiary.
  • Measurable impact report generated.
Funding Request

Lakshmi Siddhi Foundation requests ₹5,00,000 for this 6-month pilot project. Support can be for the full project or any specific budget component. All expenses will be recorded as per project purpose, available documents, and applicable legal/tax rules.

Reporting to Donors

We provide: Project commencement note, beneficiary list & baseline summary, monthly/quarterly progress updates, photos & activity documentation, budget utilization summary, final impact report, and beneficiary stories/case studies when available.

Transparency & Compliance

Funds are used strictly for the approved project purpose. Funds received for puja/spiritual activities and women's livelihood projects are recorded separately. Tax-benefit information is provided as per the foundation's actual 80G approval/status. CSR-1 is not available, so CSR eligibility is not claimed.

Sustainability

After the pilot, successful women groups will be connected to production, local sales, institutional buyers, and digital platforms. By focusing on market linkage along with training, the project aims to avoid permanent grant dependency.
